Notes; 1) Carbon boards (1200ºC) are currently stocked in 60 inch x 40 inch x all thicknesses above with foil on one side for same day shipping. Also stocking 40 mm thickness boards.
2) Boards can be lined (covered) on one or both sides with;
- Graphite foil (0.015 in thick) = add $50 per side.
- CFC plys (carbon-carbon cloth) (0.030 in thick) = add $250 per side. - Felt (1/4 in thick) = add $100 per side
3) Max board size is 60 inch x 60 inch. Stock size is 60 inch x 40 inch
4) In-stock thicknesses are 1.0, 1.5 and 2.0 inches, as well as 40 mm.
5) Board thickness capability up to 20 inches thick.
6) High temperature heat treatment up to 2600°C & halogen purification available. Priced at time of quote.
7) Graphite foam boards are also available with a 2-3 week delivery in any size and thickness. Pricing is ~2000C boards list above. Call for specific pricing.
