Description
Information
Our Carbon fiber composite (CFC) springs are lightweight, high-strength springs that can operate in high-temperature environments. They offer mechanical functions similar to traditional metal springs, including compression, tension, and torsion. CFC springs are advantageous due to their high strength-to-weight ratio and corrosion resistance. They find applications in industries such as aerospace, automotive, and industrial systems, where lightweight, strong, and reliable performance is essential. Our CFC springs are typically used for vacuum brazing, where they compress under load, maintain force at temperature and rebound when cycling is complete, enabling them to be reused for many cycles.
